Yes, it’s still buzzing along. So a quick update – still appreciating but at a slower rate, multiple offers are still a “thing” (but instead of 8 maybe you have 3), we still need good homes, vacant waterfront land that is buildable doesn’t exist- if it does you’re either related to the owner or it’s going to be a premium price (and Lord help us when the new young Seattle techies finally find and appreciate the South Sound), and, finally, Washington is still a great place to be and the “non-natives” are still coming this way.
