Recently, my beloved Bernese Mtn. Dog, Winnie, decided that our guest bedroom was her own private restroom. If she wasn’t so loving (and darling) I’d never forgive her. A friend recommended HammondKnoll for carpet cleaning and I have to share how great they were to work with: 1) Friendly staff who answers the phones; 2) great follow up care with email reminders; 3) tech showed up on time and was super friendly and good at problem solving; 4) my carpets are super clean and there’s no leftover odor; and 5) I’m super happy!!
