November data from the MLS is for Pierce, King and Snohomish combined – main takeaways are: inventory is down and prices are up. While this graph shows a decrease of 32% of inventory overall, in Pierce County it’s a 40% decrease over this time last year. It will be interesting to see how this plays out over 2020 – predictions indicate that 2020 will be another year of significant buyer interest which should benefit Sellers.
